TOFAS is one of the leading R&D and production centres of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA)

  • TOFAS, a joint venture between Koc Holding and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), is a leading car manufacturer with a capacity of 450,000 vehicles and 7,000 employees.
  • Headquartered in Istanbul, TOFAS conducts its manufacturing operations at its Bursa plant, which is foremost amongst Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ strategically important production centers. The company is also one of the group’s biggest R&D centers in Europe.
  • In a highly competitive industry, one of TOFAS management’s key priorities is to have a properly skilled workforce, not only within the company but within the entire value chain.
  • The company offered various coaching and mentoring programs but there was no consistent way of conducting them and no visibility over their success.
  • They wanted to ensure these activities were anchored into their organizational development goals. However, without a clear medium, it was hard to achieve this objective.

Mentorink tracks progress very closely, providing the TOFAS HR Team with comprehensive reports on the success of the programs. The reports demonstrate a high satisfaction score of 4.6/5.
